Esgic-Plus (Generic)
Esgic is a combination drug used for the relief of tension headaches. The drugs combined are: Acetaminophen that works in the brain to relieve pain, Butalbital, a barbiturate, that has a relaxing effect and reduces anxiety, and caffeine that works by constricting the blood vessels that may cause a headache. Esgic may be used to treat such other conditions as your physician thinks appropriate. |
